If you are interested in project co-funding, call the Co-funding Coordinator at 1-800-882-9721 for an initial consultation. You will need to provide the Coordinator with certain information about your project. The questionnaire below indicates the information that is needed. You may complete and submit this form or fax it to 518-402-7456.
 
The information you provide during your phone consultation will be entered into a co-funding database and shared with the participating funding agencies. They will use it to assess the extent to which a project has been developed and to preliminarily determine whether a project is a good candidate for their respective funding programs.
